Board of Directors



Tracy Green



Tracy is a elementary school teacher. She holds a Master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology, as well as a Master’s degree as an educational specialist in school administration, which is where she aspires next in her career. The day after graduation in 2003, she began her chemotherapy treatment which she still continues.

Tracy was diagnosed in with CNSV in April 2003 after two years of symptoms that were debilitating and caused near blindness. She has survived three strokes and numerous TIA’s. She has been teaching for 17 years.She speaks Spanish and teaches English language learning students. Tracy continues to work full time. Prior to being ill, she was the Primary Age Youth Director for her church. She is married to John, and is the mother of her teenage son, Zach, and stepdaughter Crystal. They reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tracy's commitment to the Central Nervous System Vasculitis Foundation is twofold; she wishes to assist others who have been afflicted and diagnosed with CNSV, and in helping others, it helps her to be proactive in fighting her disease. Tracy serves as the President for the Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors.


Gregory Clark

Gregory graduated from Baker Business College in Flint, MI with a degree in Accounting. Greg has been a practicing accountant for over 20 years. Greg lives in Traverse City, Michigan with his wife of 25 years, Ellen, and their two children. He runs his own accounting and tax service business, Clark Accounting Services, as well. While Greg does not suffer from CNSV, he became familiar with the disease when the wife of his life long friend was diagnosed with the life altering disorder. He hopes that his being associated with the CNSV Foundation will help make a difference for those people that do have the disease. Greg serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer.



Cheryl Conway


Cheryl  At the age of 32, Cheryl had two strokes and was diagnosed with CNSV. A stay at home mom of for 12 years she'd gone back to school for her Baccalaureate of Computer Science from Sacred Heart University and returned back to work full-time as an Internet Developer for a start up company that sold computer products on-line.  In 2001, in an effort to create a community for people with CNSV, she created the CNSV Network.

Cheryl lived in Connecticut until December of 2007. After many years of  complaining about the freezing New England weather, she finally packed up and moved to sunny Florida! She lives there with her husband, two kids, and the spoiled dog.
